For more than three decades, I’ve had the privilege of creating homes that tell the story of the people who live in them. To me, design has always been about connection — between people and their surroundings, between architecture and nature, and between the beauty of a home and the way it makes you feel. My practice is rooted in Scottsdale and Paradise Valley, where the desert’s light and texture continually inspire me to create spaces that are timeless, elegant, and deeply personal.
My journey into design began with an early love of architecture, art, and craftsmanship. After years of collaboration with talented architects and builders, I founded Janet Brooks Design with a guiding belief: true luxury is found in livability. A home should feel as effortless as it is beautiful — a place that nurtures, inspires, and reflects the life within its walls.

I believe great design begins with understanding people — their routines, preferences, lifestyle, and dreams. Outside of design, I’m deeply connected to the community I call home. Supporting local arts, education, and charitable organizations is part of how I give back.
