SCOTTSDALE WATERFRONT CONTEMPORARY CONDOMINIUM
Our clients’ primary residence is a sprawling home on a river in southwestern Colorado, so a condominium in a high-rise in downtown Scottsdale is a huge contrast in lifestyles. But they were excited about the possibilities. They found a place in a great location, a short walk from great restaurants, bars and shopping, but it was an old style floorplan, with separated rooms and obstructed views. Our remodeling solution to these segmented, dark spaces was to take out walls and turn the kitchen, breakfast area, dining room, and living room into one large space with fabulous 180-degree views and a lot of natural light streaming in the windows throughout the day.
